Description

Hot off the press, businesses that opened last month, or historical new business based on the month that they opened. Businesses can be selected by type using SIC codes at no extra charge. You can contact these businesses first before your competitors even find out that they have opened their doors! Specify the type of new business that you want:

• New to the World - selects companies that appear for the first time that are known to have started within the last two calendar years. Branches and divisions are excluded.
• New Legal Entity - selects companies that were added to the database in the most recent update. These are companies that resulted from a merger, spin-off, or other change in the legal form of a previously existing business. Branches and divisions are excluded.
• Ownership Change - selects companies for which an ownership change was reported in the most recent update.
• Company Name Change - selects companies that reported a change in the name of the company in the most recent update.

Information is available for the past year, by month. You can specify which months you want the businesses to have started or changed. Data is compiled through government, self-reported and additional proprietary sources. File is selectable by zip, state, county, MSA or radius
